This half-day workshop offers a rare opportunity to move beyond simply wearing objects, and instead work directly with the maker in shaping your own piece. Guided by Crystal, you will be hands-on in constructing a hat — engaging with form, material, and technique through her distinctive approach.

This is a space to explore what we wear as an extension of identity and self-expression, while developing a deeper connection to the object through making. Each stage of the process invites you to respond with your own instincts and personal expression, within a considered and guided framework.

Working closely with Crystal, you’ll gain insight into her practice while creating something that feels personal and intentional.

You will leave with a one-of-a-kind, signature piece — crafted by hand, and shaped through your own input.
